2. About YEAB
Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) is a registered association in Brunei Darussalam dedicated to supporting, connecting, and developing young entrepreneurs across the nation. Our services include membership programmes, networking events, workshops, and online resources.
3. Eligibility
To become a member of YEAB or use our membership services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident or citizen of Brunei Darussalam, or be actively operating a business within Brunei
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Agree to abide by YEAB’s membership guidelines and code of conduct
YEAB reserves the right to refuse membership or access to its services at its sole discretion.
4. Membership
4.1 Membership Application
Membership is subject to approval by YEAB. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. YEAB will notify applicants of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2 Membership Fees
Membership fees, where applicable, are stated at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by YEAB. YEAB reserves the right to change membership fees with reasonable prior notice.
4.3 Member Responsibilities
As a YEAB member, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all YEAB-related activities
- Not misrepresent your affiliation with YEAB for personal or commercial gain
- Keep your membership profile information accurate and up to date
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Brunei Darussalam
4.4 Suspension and Termination
YEAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without prior notice if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in conduct deemed harmful, dishonest, or damaging to YEAB or its members
- Fail to pay applicable membership fees
- Provide false or misleading information during registration
5. Member Directory
As a member, your profile information — including your name, business name, industry, member position, and contact links — may be displayed publicly on the YEAB Member Directory. By becoming a member, you consent to this display.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile is accurate. YEAB is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate member-submitted information.
To update or remove your profile information, contact us at the details provided in Section 12.
